Overview of the Website Design and Membership Management Platform

In 2023, we embarked on a transformative journey with the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII), aiming to modernise their digital presence and streamline their operations. The challenge at hand was to replace their outdated system, notorious for being costly, time-consuming, and inefficient due to its deep integration with existing data and processes.

The existing system at MII posed a unique challenge, as its integration was deeply rooted in the organisation’s operations. Transferring data and processes seamlessly required a meticulous approach. Our team recognised the need for a bespoke solution tailored to the specific requirements of both the market and the institute.

To meet the distinctive needs of MII, we meticulously designed a new system, incorporating custom features that streamlined design processes. One of our primary objectives was to ensure that any staff member, regardless of technical expertise, could easily add content and make changes to the website.
