Overview of the Website Design and Membership Management Platform

In 2023, we embarked on a transformative journey with the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII), aiming to modernise their digital presence and streamline their operations. The challenge at hand was to replace their outdated system, notorious for being costly, time-consuming, and inefficient due to its deep integration with existing data and processes.

The existing system at MII posed a unique challenge, as its integration was deeply rooted in the organisation’s operations. Transferring data and processes seamlessly required a meticulous approach. HubSpot Integration: A Seamless Member Experience

One of the key highlights of our solution was the integration with HubSpot, a powerful customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The entire system was seamlessly integrated, allowing user profile information to automatically create segmented member lists in HubSpot. This integration revolutionised the Institute’s approach to communication, enabling tailored messages based on industry, user types, membership levels, and geographical locations.
